چکیده
A study of deformation behavior LZ50 axle steel has great significance to the railway industry. Hot-deformation tests were performed using a Gleeble-3800 thermal mechanical simulator at temperatures (900, 1000 and 1100) °C with strain rates (0.1, 1.0 10.0) s–1 under different degrees 0.2, 0.6 1.0. True stress-strain curves discussed obtain hot-processing maps. Then maps parameters including safe zones unsafe zones. Finally, constitutive equations dynamic recrystallization models established based on experimental data. The results show that rate 10.0 s–1, peak value flow stress increases by approximately 40 MPa decrease in temperature from 900 °C, which is larger than 18 obtained 1100 °C. At 900–1000 37 increasing 0.1 while increase 21 MPa. With an 0.2 1.0, instability area low expands due higher rate. activation energy 334.537 kJ/mol.

EVALUATING HOT DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR OF W360 TOOL STEEL BY HOT COMPRESSION TEST
In this research, the hot deformation behavior of W360 tool steel was investigated using hot compression test at 1000-1200°C and strain rates of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, and 1 s-1. According to the results, dynamic recrystallization was found the most important restoration factor of this alloy during hot deformation. Recrystallization was enhanced with an increase in temperature and strain rate. Also,...
متن کاملHot Deformation Behavior and a Two-Stage Constitutive Model of 20Mn5 Solid Steel Ingot during Hot Compression
20Mn5 steel is widely used in the manufacture of heavy hydro-generator shaft forging due to its strength, toughness, and wear resistance. However, the hot deformation and recrystallization behaviors of 20Mn5 steel compressed under a high temperature were not studied. For this article, hot compression experiments under temperatures of 850-1200 °C and strain rates of 0.01 s-1-1 s-1 were conducted...
متن کاملDeformation Characteristic and Constitutive Modeling of 2707 Hyper Duplex Stainless Steel under Hot Compression
Hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of 2707 hyper duplex stainless steel (HDSS) were investigated through hot compression tests in the temperature range of 900–1250 ◦C and strain rate range of 0.01–10 s−1. The results showed that the flow behavior strongly depended on strain rate and temperature, and flow stress increased with increasing strain rate and decreasing temperature....
متن کاملHot Deformation Behavior of 17-7 PH Stainless Steel
To investigate the hot deformation behavior of 17-7 PH stainless steel, hot compression tests were carried out at the temperatures of 950, 1050 and 1150 oC and strain rates of 0.001 s-1 to 0.1 s-1. Accordingly, the hot working behavior was studied by the analyses of flow stress curves, work hardening rate versus stress curves, exponent- type constitutive equations and deformed microstructures. ...
